There’s a wide section of main ingredients I had no expectations of this book, purchased from the bargain stack at Barnes and Noble. I like to putter all afternoon in the kitchen when I can and make something authentic. There were a few stinkers in here–I don’t know what the author was thinking with chicken dopiaza, for example; everyone we told 50 great curries of india camellia panjabi it thought that nine whole onions had to be a typo, and it was truly abysmal–but the biggest sin most of the recipes committed was that of being boring.
